The eRA Service Desk team provides assistance with the entire grants management lifecycle and associated systems. The eRA Service Desk supports applicants and grantees at over 72,500 institutions worldwide along with NIH staff, federal partners (CDC, SAMHSA, FDA, VA, AHRQ, USDA, DoD, AHA, and others), and users from research institutions and service-based organizations. Highrise is proud to continue supporting eRA’s mission and delivering outstanding customer support to the grants community.
