Highrise offers a set of comprehensive Health Insurance Plans from Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Carefirst). Plans include PPO with Health Savings Account (HSA), HMO OpenAccess, and BlueChoice HMO. We also offer a Carefirst Dental PPO Plan and Vision Care benefits.

Highrise employees receive 15 days off as vacation and sick leave which can be used as needed by employees.

Highrise provides paid time off for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
